Policies

Booking Appointments & Deposits

- Confirmation Deposit: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be either $20 or 25% of your estimated total service cost, whichever is greater.

- Deposit Application: Your deposit will be fully credited towards the total balance of your service on the day of your appointment.

- Booking Confirmation: Please note, that your reservation is only officially confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Late Cancellations & Forfeited Deposits: For cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

- Rescheduling Flexibility: We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours of notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.
